I’m a professional personal trainer with a Level 3 qualification in both Personal Training and Nutrition. I’m self-driven and have been training for the past 8 years injury-free. Based in West London, I work as a mobile personal trainer helping my clients to boost their fitness and change their approach to exercise. I create personalised workouts and meal plans tailored to individual needs.
My sessions can be held in the comfort of your own home or somewhere outdoors and bring my own equipment for every session, saving you the time researching equipment as well as the money investing in them. I know the workouts can be challenging but I’ll encourage and inspire you every step of the way.
Whether you want to lose weight, get toned, or participate in a sports competition, my bespoke workouts will accelerate your fitness, provide you with a better understanding of how your body responds to exercise, and inspire you to accomplish all your fitness objectives.
I offer a FREE consultation and a FREE first session to get you started! This includes talking about your goals and concerns and discussing how you can get to where you want to be. The first session will involve only body weight exercises so don’t worry it won’t be anything too intense. My rates are reasonable and I offer discounts when you book block sessions i.e. 8 sessions: £260 (£20 discount); 12 sessions: £390 (£30 Discount) and 16 sessions: £520 (£40 discount).
