I must say that I am a naturally skeptical person. So I went into this design process with a healthy dose of said skepticism. However, ProDesigns, really delivered and went beyond my expectations. The rep I worked with was attentive and listened to what I needed and was quick to respond. The designers had several good designs and we narrowed down on a final design after several revisions. In the end I asked for a pure white version of the final logo and was given one without any additional cost. The initial concept designs were promised in 2-3 days, but were delivered in just over 24 hours! The only complain, which really doesn't matter since they are so fast, is the time difference between the USA (where I am) and India (where the designers are). My assistant Jay, was so professional, was very prompt, very quick with replies and designs were submitted by the designing team within 8 hours. Modified and tailored to suit my needs. I had a hiccup on my end, and they were happy to assist me without hesitation or frustration.
