Tuesday night Boot Camp is the first regular exercise I have done in 25 years and love it. 10 weeks in now and have really noticed a difference in fitness level and muscle tone.
Lewis makes everyone feel at ease so don't be shy about turning up on your own.
The classes are fun, hard work and great value. You will leave each session feeling knackered but fitter!

Been going to sat/sun morning sessions for about 8 months and can totally see/feel the difference it's made. I was toying with the idea of starting some kind of exercise and just happened to see one of the classes when I was in the park with my kids. I have been training with Lewis since the start of January and absolutely loving it! His 1-2-1 training sessions have given me a real confidence boost and I can see and feel a lot of change in my body, health and fitness already in such a small space of time! Highly recommend :)
