What do you love most about your job?
We understand how emotive payroll is to employees and know that a well run payroll where staff can be paid on time every time raises the level of staff morale. We also realise that there is a person behind each name on each payslip so understand the importance of getting the payroll right. There is great satisfaction in completing a payroll and knowing that we have identified any benefits to both the employer and the employees each time we process their pay.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had many years experience in payroll for a single company and realised that I would be able to help small to medium sized businesses to take the pain out of this function which would then allow them to get on with what they were good at - running their businesses.
