Describe your creative process.
The creative process begins with the client briefing, asking the right questions about the requirement and the target audience. Once this is completed, the initial creative process of idea generation is undertaken using pen an paper with words and sketches coming together to formulate an approach. At this point some clients request to see rough ideas others prefer that these ideas are taken straight to first visuals for presentation. There now follows a process of refinement of a chosen route until the final design work is approved and ready to move into the production phase.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
The basic information required from a client is a brief detailing the requirement, this usually includes Background, Objectives , Target Audience, Content / Structure, Look and Feel, Points of Reference, Aims and Results, Additional Information, Budget and Delivery Timescales.
We use briefing documents to detail the information and keep a record,. The briefing document is an important point of reference that we use at checkpoints through the creative process to ensure what is being delivered meets the requirement laid out in the brief.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating solutions that clients love, but most importantly meet the business requirement and deliver a return on the investment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A desire to deliver design services in the way I felt they should be, not only from a client perspective but also in the way Little Big Ideas operates.

From full blown design and build from scratch websites to quick to implement Wordpress sites we have over twenty years experience of delivering websites for businesses. We can handle as much of the project as you require, from front end design through to development. If you have your own web development team then we can work in partnership with them to deliver all the elements they require to implement a website of web service.
Illustration and infographics
Illustration and in particular infographics have become an integral part of most businesses marketing strategy and/or business services in recent years. We deliver a wide range of infographics for clients and have the experience to understand and visualise complex sets of data in a way that conveys quickly and eloquently the key information to an end user. We will deliver a creative look and feel that will complement your brand and project requirements, providing all working files when complete.
