I'm a project manager for domestic renovations and generally steer clear of online shopping due to unreliable delivery times and having to deal with chat-bots not real people. The Amtico I needed was not in stock with my usual supplier and I used Stories Flooring. They answer the phone every time, were super helpful in terms of knowing stock levels, and then held onto my order until a few days before I needed it delivered, which meant it wasn't cluttering up my client's house. Although I have only placed an order at present , I have to comment on the excellent service I have received from the team, in particular Chris, who has gone out of his way to be sure we are getting the flooring we need. From sending out samples to offering quotes to us the experience has been nothing less than positive. Delivery is due in a few days time and I shall be updating my review with my overall findings then. Online purchasing is such a big part of our lives these days, customers need to know there is someone available to offer advice and reassurance whenever necessary and Stories definitely does that for them.
