Coffee Hit - E-Commerce Store
Concept Coffee Hit are a company who aim to offer their customers the latest, most innovative products for individual users and professional baristas alike. Offering both outstanding service and impartial advice to their customers, Coffee Hit pride themselves on their ability to match customers with the best and most durable equipment on the market. The company fully research each product, selecting only the best quality from manufacturers around the world. But Coffee Hit felt their web presence was dated and came to us for a web design that would truly reflect the quality of their products and services. We worked on a website that would reflect their ethos, showcase their comprehensive range of products, and fully integrate their 5-star Trust Pilot reviews. Solution We wanted to create a website that would showcase Coffee Hit's offering for both new consumers and experienced baristas and create a new sticky navigation to improve the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). First, we completed a full review at the UX/UI level to gain an appreciation of how people were using the site. Then we designed a sleek new navigation system that improved the user experience by being much quicker to navigate and putting the information users wanted where they needed it, in plain sight. In the process, we were able to showcase each individual item in a clean design that shows them off to their best advantage. Since Coffee Hit's relationship to their customers is of prime importance to their brand identity, we seamlessly integrated both Trust Pilot reviews and their Twitter feed into the site giving users an immediate sense of the company's ethos and performance. And because feedback is important to Coffee Hit to improve their customer service performance, we integrated a Q&A section which allows customers to ask questions which the company answer. Finally, we moved them from a cookie-cutter templated website onto a custom-made template, designed and developed by Lexel, which has reduced HTML/CSS. Result The new Coffee Hit website is a model of clean design, with a simplified navigation system and a clear emphasis on Coffee Hit's wide range of barista equipment. Twitter feed integration and social buttons work to improve their social media presence through simple and clever cross-platform marketing and the Q&A section provides valuable customer insights for the company as they strive to improve their customer service and offering still further. The result is a truly fantastic website that showcases everything the Coffee Hit brand is about while delivering an improved user experience and interface. New customers can find the product they're looking for at a glance thanks to the visual interface and bold product photography plus a stripped back colour palette of black, white and red, reflecting and reinforcing the brand's logo. We're delighted with the way the custom template works, from the navigation to the value-added social features. The new website now reflects Coffee Hit in a contemporary and eye-catching way by putting their expertly sourced barista supplies in plain sight.

Concept Greenwich are a company committed to revolutionising the case market for iPhones and iPads, as well as providing a selection of high-end accessories. Their branding focuses on combining luxurious materials and clever design to offer their clientele a sleek, lavish alternative to cases on the current market. Their years of experience in the leather trade allow them to handpick the finest German bull hide and mix it with the robust properties of carbon fibre to create products that provide the ultimate protection and a real sense of luxury. You can only find them in high-end independent retailers, and staying true to that ethos is what sets them apart from the rest. They felt their impressive branding could do with the support of an elite web presence, so that is what they asked for. Solution Greenwich found us based on our excellent portfolio of stylish, functional, contemporary site designs, and we knew that the harmonious fusion of our skills and their brand would make for a fantastic final product. We wanted to create a website that highlighted their products, was easy to browse, worked well across a multitude of platforms, and ultimately conveyed their brand ethos in the same lavish fashion. We were keen to use beautiful photography, a rich and sophisticated colour palette, and careful attention to detail to bring Greenwich to life with a truly high-class online presence. Result The all-new Greenwich site is now live and kicking, and the response has been fantastic. As a company who will gain a lot of their sales through web access, a webpage that matched the upmarket products was a necessity, and customers couldn’t agree more. The site is easy to navigate, the products are in plain sight, the text is concise and catchy, and the sleek and subtle transitions add that little something extra.
