I offer group exercise classes suitable for all abilities boosting fitness, confidence and general all over wellbeing.

My Pilates classes are delivered with a holistic approach, as well as strength stability and core development, the practice is mind full and both Medative for each participant.

Exercise is so much more than we know.
~ look after your body it’s the only place you have to live.

I started at 17 doing my gym Qualifications when I can back into the industry in my 20’s my desire was strong and so from then onwards.

I will educate you as well as exercise you, in the hope that not only do you feel good afterwards but your quality of life prospers.
