Before going to James at JP Computer Solutions, I went to another computer store in Hinckley, who could not provide a solution to my MacBook issues. Normally I go directly to Apple for help, but as James is local, I tried him next. James was prompt in getting back to me to discuss the problem, he then offered his assistance in the matter on the same day. Not only did he solve the problem (which the other store didn't even try to), James also showed me how to fix the issue myself. My laptop is integral to the running of my business, so when it started getting the blue screen of death, and running extremely hot, I wasn't sure where to take it. Then I remembered that a year or so ago I was given James' details by a friend of mine, in case I ever needed them. He had given me a good report, and that made it easier for me to trust my laptop to someone I didn't know. The repair took a few days, because there were a number of issues, but I now have it back as good as it was before. I have just returned from visiting my parents who live 200 miles awayand they had a problem with their internet connection or computer.
My elderly Father was completely lost without it to help with his crosswords.
I called James and he offered to go round the same day to see my Dad. It was quite a tricky puzzle that James solved. I am technically minded myself but wouldn't have thought it through as well as James did.
James let me know all was fixed and left my Dad happy and doing his crosswords on his now working computer and internet connection.
If James hadn't stepped in to help, I would have needed to drive a 400 mile round trip without really knowing what I could do when I got there.
It is a great relief and so nice to know that my Dad is happy again tonight.

Phone or Tablet Repair
James is friendly and fast, my home button stopped working on my iPhone 5s. Got it back to me in 24hrs. It does work now, apart from the finger print scanner, which doesn't seem to be working, but I can live with that because I'm only a few months from an upgrade.
