First, I explained my project goal. And Jim picked up quickly from our conversation that I was not an IT professional. In return he explained the solution in terms that I could understand. My inquiry had turned into an experience. I came away from the experience with knowledge about how the code would be placed on my site.

Second, Jim not only was able to identify my goal but also made suggestions on things to change that would make my site easier for Google to crawl. And that is what really grabbed my attention. He was looking ahead to solve any potential problems, therefore, my site would have the very best outcome. Solving problems before they happen.

Third, I felt that Invictus was a company that would make things happen. And they did.

I was included in the decision making process and given a time frame of when my project would be completed. I was contacted throughout the project and updated on the progress. When my project was completed I received a phone call. And the end result was perfect.

They didnt give me the website its been months, and refuse to give me a refund. like if you have an issue they will NEVER give your money back. Im sure they do great work, except you wont get it. I think they just lack the communication skills to work with people who dont have the time to babysit the project. I gave them an exact website for vision and drew out the look and they are refusing to give me the refund because I should have known better that I cant draw it out?? My experience was mixed, but mostly negative. The only positive is that they are pretty responsive. They work out of Pakistan, not Dallas, they say they kept asking for a bank transfer which is a huge red flag. Most of their names are "American" versions (not their real names). More...

But after talking to Ken through their website chat I decided to go ahead. Boy am I glad I did. Just top notch. My design came out perfect. They respond so fast and help in any way they can.
They will do as many revisions as you want to get it perfect. Ken who I dealt with was absolutely amazing. He was right on cue. Helpful and very fast to respond. I am a picky person. Very meticulous. Needless to say I’m impressed.
