Kev came a couple of weeks ago to fit our new kitchen. Great bloke and fitted our kitchen to a very high standard and at very reasonable cost, even though it wasn't a kitchen supplier he was use to using and the fact that we live in a very old cottage, with uneven walls and floors. Would highly recommend.

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
To determine if your garage is suitable for conversion, assess its structural integrity by checking for cracks in the walls, foundation issues, roof leaks, dampness, and overall construction quality; if it's built with sturdy materials like brick or block, and appears structurally sound, it's likely a good candidate for conversion, but it's always best to consult a professional builder or structural engineer for a thorough evaluation.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Preparing the building: Check the condition of the walls, roof, and foundations
Creating the floor slab: Level, damp-proof, and insulate the floor
Filling in the garage door: Brick up the garage door or replace it with a new one
Insulating: Insulate the walls, roof, and floor
Adding doors and windows: Add new doors and windows to the converted space
Installing heating and electrics: Install heating and electrics for the new space
Decorating: Decorate the converted space
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
As a general rule, 2.2m from floor to ceiling at its highest point is the threshold for undertaking a loft conversion. If your loft does not meet this requirement, it's highly unlikely you'll be able to raise your pitch roof, since councils very rarely grant permission to do that.
