I called Northstar and unfortunately they were on a well earned break. Lovely lady took my number and said I would be called back on the 19th july.. at 9.05am karen called me, having only got in that day at 4am. Gary came to see me that afternoon & gave me a quote straight away -no hidden extras.They came today 28th July at 930am as agreed. I am totally amazed at how lovely my parents house looks. Old carpets have been cleaned and relaid for me & walls cleaned. The bathroom, kitchen and conservatory are now immaculate and someone can move in without having to clean etc. I can now put it up for sale knowing its as clean as my mum liked it to be. Thank you for a great caring friendly service. Gary was still wiping down "specs" as he was leaving. He even left me shoe covers to keep the carpets looking lovely. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks you so much for saving me the stress and time of cleaning my parents house.

2 rugs cleaned one large and one small.

I have used North Star Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services for many years now, and there work is always excellent. Over the years I have had suites and carpets cleaned all to a great standard. I would not hesitate to recommend them. In fact I have done so again just this week. Karen is always very friendly and helpful on the phone when booking appointments and Gary as always very professional and it is a pleasure to do business with them. I have 3 cats and as any pet owners know dirty paw marks and animal hair are a nightmare but not for North Star Residential keep up the great work.

When I needed all the carpets in my house to be cleaned in a hurry North Star went out of their way to get the job done for me in time. A very professional and friendly service.

North Star have come to our rescue on many occasions and each time, the results have been amazing. No job too big or small - reasonably priced and very accommodating. Would recommend them and call them up every time I need deep cleaning done.

The team are always cheerful, clean, tidy, prompt and professional.
Nothing is too much trouble and if a man can fix it, then Gary can!.
He can sort out burnt carpets from cinders from the fire to removing bird poo on a silk cream three piece suite only delivered 48 hours previously.
Oh and a lovely job done on re-fringing my hearth rug a treasured family heirloom.
I and my family always use North Star Cleaning and would recommend them to anyone.

Just had the carpet cleaned and a clean of the house, absolutely fabulous job, cannot recommend them enough.

Wow! We've had our carpet cleaned today (very large living area approximately 10m x 7m) - we've been in our home for 3 years and this is the first clean it's had and with animals in the house (and all the nasty stains that come with them when they have 'accidents') .... you can picture the carpet not being in the best of conditions and with quite a few visible stains on it that I had failed to get out.

Anyway... along comes Gary and less than 2 hours later anyone would think we'd had a new carpet put down. Stains completely gone :) Wow! Wow!

So if anyone wants their carpets cleaned then, in my opinion, Gary's your man.
He's also a member of Checkatrade (another online site that has never let me down). Very competitively priced too.

Oh! One last thing.... Gary whistles while he works ... how lovely is that... when was the last time you heard someone whistling. :) :) :)

Very happy with this service, the staff were friendly and professional and worked a small miracle, leaving a kid's yucky stained carpet looking as good as new! Definitely recommend these guys! �
