What do you love most about your job?
Even after all this time, I still get a kick out of helping people purchase their first home.
I have a loyal customer base who keep coming back to me when their mortgage product expires and who recommend me to their family and friends.
So, its nice to know that I must be doing something right.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I worked for an Estate Agents, I was instructed to recommend products from lenders on their 'approved panel' (so they received more commission), even though I knew there were better products more suited to that clients needs. This was compounded by the need to achieve and exceed targets or risk facing disciplinary procedures.
It was after one such meeting that i handed in my notice, walked out there and then, because i knew there was a better way (being Independent) and have not looked back since.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am honest and hard working.
I will tell you straight, if I cant do it, then I cant do it!
I am an Independent Mortgage Adviser, not tied to any one lender OR Panel of lenders
I do not charge fees (except in he circumstances listed above).
I can offer a range of suitable protection policies, not just covering the mortgage but family and Income as well as critical illness.
I can also recommend solicitors if you do not have one appointed.
I can arrange Buildings and Contents Insurance.
