Recently completed a custom trek around part of the annapurna circuit- great communication during the booking process- hard working guide and porter provided with good accommodation and customer service. Great value for money- far better than using non-Nepali companies. More...

So, I decided to book with these guys cuz a friend of mine suggested it and because I actually liked the fact that they had wished him a Happy Birthday, I found that to be a touch personal. Anyway, I only had 5 days left in Nepal and I wanted to make the most of it and see something more than traffic and pollution so I decided that Pokhara was going to be at least one place far enough from the chaotic life I had been living for the past 5 month. On a very last minute note I met with the beautiful Indira over a coffee and a chat, and was pleased to see that she had organised an itinerary which suited me well. The day of my trip came, I was greeted by Indira at the bus stand, she introduced me to Shiva (my guide) who happened to be professional, kind, if I may also say cute, and was always there looking out for me. I had a great time through chat, adventure and laughter, we visited Pokhara 'phedi' dhampus' Australian camp ' kande. Walking through the valleys I realised that not only the nature was unique and breath-taking, but the structures of small villages were as well very interesting and, imagine, this was during the wrong season... I can’t wait to find out what I’ll be able to see at peak season! Overall I had a wonderful time, as for the package, it’s pretty convenient, it worked out to be about 90$ a day, I had transport (by bus) taxi pick up from hotel, hotel and breakfast, campsite and breakfast plus entry to tourist sites. Food wise guys, I suggest you eat Nepali (dal bhat tarkari), don’t go to those ‘fancy’ restaurants which charge you 3 to 4 times the price! If you want to chill out and have a couple of beers while enjoying the awesome view pick any bar along the lake side, you will not regret it, and if you are like me and can’t live without a coffee go and visit the ‘Organic Café’ It’s a cute place offering healthy goodies. I wish I had more time and I hope I’ll be able to return sometimes in the next year, once again having Shiva as my guide, but this time to Everest Base Camp!!!! Who wants to join? Thanks team! Love Virg :) More...

My Dad and I completed the 11 night trek to Everest Base Camp in December 2016 with Icicles Adventure Treks and Tours. Our guide, Shiva, and porter, Dhipak, were great company and took excellent care of us. We are so appreciative of their hard work and were impressed by their capabilities, as they went above and beyond to make sure that we were always 'okay' (ramrochha!). We were so happy with Icicles' services; a special thanks to Icicles Director Hari who met us before and after the trek and reviewed our clothing choice and provided us with down jackets and sleeping bags. We would recommend Icicles to anyone intending to trek in Nepal, and hope to travel with them again. More...

It has been 8 years since I met Hari. I completed the Lukla to Everest Base Camp / Kalapathar trek. First of all I cant say enough about the Nepalese people and the breath taking landscapes. More importantly, I have made a life long friend in Hari. He is extremely professional, kind-hearted and knowledgeable. I would recommend Hari to anyone considering a trek in the Himalayas. It is a life changing experience. More...

We used Icicles for our EBC trekking, with Shiva Shestra had been appointed as our guide. Both Shiva and the owner, Hari, were wonderful, ever willing to help to make our 18 days stay in Nepal the unforgettable one.

We've known Indira since 2010 when she helped us plan our Everest Base Camp (EBC) trek. Her attention to detail is impeccable! Highly recommend!
