What do you love most about your job?
Here at HSA Locums we are passionate about finding our candidates the ideal role and surpassing our clients expectations by making sure we deliver what we say we will. We love making our clients and candidates happy without you we are nothing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been in the industry for over 7 years of nursing recruitment I had gained amazing knowledge and learnt some tough lessons from my previous ventures, In 2016 i had a life threatening motorcycle accident which stopped me walking for 8 months, during that time I worked from my bedroom whilst i was healing from my accident and saw that the industry seriously lacked a company that delivers quality staffing and moves with the times!. I didn't want to go back into recruitment however the more i worked from home the more my passion for this job grew on me until i was able to walk i decided to make it my goal to carry that passion through my own business.

Clients should choose us because we DELIVER. Put simply there are a huge amount of cowboys in this industry that have no relevant experience just a sales manager pressing them to hit there targets.
We have over 10 years experience in this market and know how it works inside and out, the most important aspect off our business is keeping to our word and making sure our customers are happy its that simple.
