if you feel shy or intimidated with gyms, you'll not there, it's small and friendly the staff are helpful . what's great it's only a tenner a month train as much as you like and no fixed contracts or direct debits, i give it 10 out of 10

The secret is patience! Everyone wants the body of their dreams and they want to achieve it now but the truth is there are no quick fixes that will keep the weight off permanently. Losing weight or maintaining a healthy weight should be a lifestyle and become second nature for instance you shouldn't need to go on a diet every 3 months your daily diet should be enough and with the correct education it can be! you can still eat chocolate and drink alcohol you just need to learn how to portion your meals and balance your diet even too much salad will get you fat eventually.

I love pushing people passed what they perceive as there limit I know when you can handle a little bit more or when you have had enough and when you are finished the session you will turn around and say "I didn't know I could do that" by constantly pushing your boundaries you will force your body to change becoming stronger, leaner, fitter and then one day it will click and you suddenly realise that you don't fit into your clothes anymore because you have gained too much muscle or you have lost that much fat but this is nothing a trip to Primark won't fix.

I wanted to work for myself and have a flexible work pattern but at the same time I wanted to change peoples lives (cheesy) but true. Britain is quickly becoming a nation of obesity and I want to be able to make a change even if in the grand scale of things it's a small one.

Because I tell the Truth I won't give you bad training advice such as no carb diets or you need to balance on your head whilst drinking water at 2pm to lose fat for the next hours! I will give you honest advice with tried and tested training methods to get you to where you want to be.
