I offer one to one and semi private personal training for men women of all ages.

One to one personal training costs £30 and hour and semi private sessions (where you train with up to 5 other people) costs £8 an hour. The aim being to make personal training affordable for everyone.

Absolutely love giselle as my personal trainer at Phoenix fitness . I have a little boy who is now 12 months old . I came during my pregnancy and post pregnancy. She has also helped me to gain confidence in myself again and helped me to tone and shape up. Absolutely first class. Giselle understood my needs immediately and tailored my sessions accordingly. 6 sessions so far 2 to go on this set. Really pleased I definitely made the right choice. I enrolled on the 21 day fitness group and have thoroughly enjoyed every session Giselle understands what result I am wanting and has incorporated that into the sessions When I have struggled she is always happy to wait for me to catch my breath and gives plenty of encouragement The results of the six sessions are spectacular so much so that I have signed up for the semi private course that Giselle runs I would not hesitate to recommend Phoenix Fitness and Giselle to anyone Ian Sykes

Have trained at Phoenix Fitness in Billingham with Giselle since January this year. In that time I’ve managed to lose a significant amount of weight, increase strength and improve my overall fitness. A journey I’ve thoroughly enjoyed!Each session is tailored to my requirements and Giselle monitors progress, including my weekly bodyweight, fat percentage and muscle mass results. Giselle is a knowledgable and dedicated trainer providing support, guidance and encouragement. She is always available for advice and guidance around my training and dietary plan. Training sessions consist of various exercises which differ each session and Giselle shows great enthusiasm in teaching the correct techniques of performing exercises. If you're looking for a personal trainer, I can recommend Giselle. She understands the need to adapt your training if you appear for your session carrying an injury. Good at motivating you.

Never really exercised until 6 months ago, I enjoy my training sessions with Giselle even look forward too them! Giselle is a fantastic PT. Her approach is just right and she has quickly tailored the 1:1 sessions to the areas I want to focus on toning; in line with my ability. She challenges me to help me achieve my goals and is really motivating. Every activity is very carefully monitored and guidance and support given to ensure maximum results are achieved. Q&A

Your initial consultation is free. During the consultation we will go through a detailed questionnaire. This will cover subjects such as your goals, lifestyle, health issues, nutritional habits and so on. This information is used to compile a detailed action plan, which clearly sets out your short medium and long term SMART goals. (These are goals that are sustainable, measurable, achievable, agreed upon, relevant and time-bound). The action plan will also explain what I am going to do as your personal trainer and what your responsibilities are as a client. The plan will include a workout you can do by yourself, information on nutrition, sections for you to record your progress and success, challenges and anything else that is relevant to you and your goals.

Everyone's 'dream body' is different but consistency is the real secret to achieving yours. Learning to replace bad habits with good ones and following a training programme that is geared towards your needs and abilities is essential. And perhaps most importantly, learning to enjoy the process. When you enjoy something you stick with it and become inspired and motivated by it. When you are happy and engaged with the process with the right help and support everything else falls into place.

Being a personal trainer doesn't just enable me to help people, it allows me to pass on my knowledge and change someones life for the better, forever. It also allows me to be really creative in what I do, because people are individuals and respond differently to different exercises and training systems.

I'm 49 years old, and I'm stronger and fitter now than I was in my twenties. I want to share that strength and confidence with as many people as I can. You are capable of so much more than you think. I show people that. There's nothing more satisfying than a client sating "Wow! I didn't think I could do that!" I know you can and I can show you how.
