EatFit was established with the goal of providing a service to not only improve clients fitness but to improve health, happiness and well-being as well as reaching and most importantly maintaining goals.I understand that every human body is different and therefore every workout ,meal plan and programme should be carefully tailored to the individual.
To make a change there is always an element of challenge involved in order to step outside of your comfort zone . I believe personal training is about committing to a change as we realise and push our own boundaries whilst still remaining kind to the body.
