Dual focus photography did our engagement and wedding photos and she was amazing!
We had so much fun getting our engagement pictures taken by Dual focus photography. She is professional, creative, talented, very reasonable, and so easy to work with. The pictures were sent to us almost immediately after the photo shoot. They all turned out beautifully! Each picture perfectly captured the emotion of the day! You will absolutely love your experience with her.
We also had SO MANY great shots from our wedding - I don't think there was a single photo we didn't love. I can't say enough great things about this photographer.
Dual focus photography has also spent a lot of time taking pictures of my family over the years including new arrivals.
She is amazing with my children and she always manages to capture fantastic pictures of them.
I would recommend dual focus photography to everyone for any special occasion she is the best by far and I can't thank her enough for all of the fantastic memories she has given us.
?? thank you xx

I've had all my most precious memories photographed by Clair. There is no one I trust more to capture that's special moment, that one certaintype, that once in a lifetime experience that single most beautiful look or image. She's professional, knowledgeable, patient and innovative. Even with the two girls' newborn pictures - she kept on going, waiting and helping - graciously smiling while they settle... Thanks Clair!

Can highly recommend Dual Focus. Very professional and patient with my little boy. We booked 3 sessions to capture the first 18months and our last shoot is fast approaching. Lovely lovely lady too x

I first met Claire and Kevin when I was given a 3 step maternity photo package as a gift. Claire and Kevin made me feel at ease with having photos taken. We have since had 2 photo shoots with our baby one at 5 weeks and one at 8 months. The shoots were very relaxed (Which is perfect when you have just had a baby) and the photos are amazing, and are always commented on by anyone who visits my house. I have since bought a session for my sister in laws birthday and I know she will love it. Thank you for the lovely photos you have taken for us.

Clair photographer our wedding in Richmond Park and couldn't have done a better job. She was friendly and efficient, set out a good plan with us beforehand to understand what we wanted, and made sure our friends and family didn't have to stand around for too long having their pictures taken. The shots she did with my husband and me alone are absolute favourites. The album itself was promptly delivered and beautiful. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Dual Focus Photography Q&A

Dual Focus Photography Q&A

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?

Patience and assuring confidence. I don't clock watch am conscious of baby's needs as well as new parents. The Session is solely based around the baby. Feeds, changes, naps etc. Props can be washed so I reassure parents of baby's that may make a mess (sick, pooh and wee, I've seen most of it)

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?

I would like to know as much as possible about who I am photographing. I like to know whether it was a traumatic birth, if baby is breast or bottle fed. Does baby need a pacifier (dummy), how they like to lie.

What do you love most about your job?

I'm happiest with my camera in my hand. I love children, always have, being the eldest of 4 and being 13 when my baby sister was born, I developed a love for them quite early on. I now have 3 Nieces and 3 Nephew's, so even though my brother and sisters are grown up, I have quite a few children in my life. Including my best friend and other friends children. I am God Mother to quite a few too :-)

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have loved taking pictures since I was given my first camera when I was 7. Rather than always being the one who could be relied upon to take pictures, after much feedback I thought time to change to being recognised for it :-)

Why should our clients choose you?

I am a people person, patient, comforting, reassuring and calm.
