We will discuss your needs and I will assess your current level of fitness, taking into account any current medical conditions or constraints.
I will then tailor your physical training sessions to meet specific needs be they fat/weight loss, muscle gain, strength, flexibility, improve cardiovascular health, endurance or a combination of these.
I will provide you with education, advice, guidance and meal plans, a full body composition (Muscle Mass, Hydration level, Body-fat %, Visceral Fat level..) analysis (optional), 1-2-1 coaching and support.
