Can't recommend Emma enough. I've been a weekly client since March I started nutrition classes with her learning more about recipes and healthy snacks which has stayed with me. I then moved to personal training sessions which she tailors for you. I got pregnant May and I'm now 32 weeks and I have been going weekly throughout. Emma is so lovely and knows her stuff. I feel great after every session which she has caters for me per trimester. I will continue with Emma till baby is here and then for sure postpartum. Wouldn't go elsewhere now at all. I recently attended Emma’s weekend retreat at Park Fields in Chester - it was fabulous. Varied and interesting programme of nutritional workshops, with Rae Davies as a great guest speaker on the Power of the Mind, food preparation and cookery demonstrations and fitness activities. The large house was spacious and luxurious and the meals, all cooked and prepared by Emma, were nutritious and delicious, catering to vegetarians and vegans. Emma is wonderful, I thoroughly enjoy her weekly classes, I am fitter, stronger and more flexible. I have made new friends and really look forward to the classes each week. Emma is a great trainer, a lovely person and has a beautiful smile which lifts my spirits every time I see her. I am so glad I found Emma and Diva Fitness. I had got to a certain age where I started to worry about my health and fitness after putting on some weight and leading a sedentary life. Since meeting Emma I have never felt better. She has helped me overhaul my diet and I am now enjoying preparing and eating healthy, nutritious food. I am also loving our training sessions (I never thought I would say I enjoyed exercise!). Emma mixes things up so each session is different meaning I never get bored. She is so encouraging and motivating. I feel so at ease and comfortable with Emma, I don’t feel at all embarrassed about my size or how unfit I am. Emma is amazing, I have been in a rut for some time, not enjoying food, not exercising and feeling very unhealthy. Emma’s nutrition classes have been so educational (and fun), she has completely transformed my diet. I am eating a huge variety of delicious foods and have been loving cooking again. Emma has also got me enjoying exercise, each PT session is different so I haven’t got bored. Emma is so encouraging and really motivates me. Her enthusiasm is infectious. She makes each session fun. I don’t feel at all self conscious about my size and lack of fitness, I feel very comfortable with Emma. I am so glad I made that call and started working with Emma. I am enjoying the Chatter Chairs in Handbridge on Friday mornings held by Emma. Emma is a cheerful and encouraging teacher. She gives helpful advice without being patronising.The classes are fun and the time flies by and talking is encouraged and not frowned upon, so it's easy to get fitter and make new friends at the same time. Emma is really motivational, encouraging, professional and supportive. She helps me to stay on track week by week and she provides an excellent service in terms of both nutritional advice and PT sessions. Every PT session is different so it never becomes repetitive and the same applies for her nutritional classes. The gym at the bottom of her garden is amazing- very well equipped and it is the perfect personal space to train compared to a large and impersonal commercial gym. I have been having PT sessions with Emma once a week for the last 6 weeks; I also attend her weekly Pilates sessions in Vicars Cross. Emma is very inspirational, encouraging and supportive; providing great advice on both exercise and nutrition in a friendly and non-judgemental manner. Every session is different, although very challenging, which makes going to her gym much more fun. I have already seen big changes in my body shape and composition and am very excited about the future. P.S. Best thing I ever did. Emma is a an amazing slave driver and has pushed me to my limits and back but somehow I love it and keep going back for more! I’ve not been with Emma @ Diva Fitness for long but I’m already loving the positive lifestyle changes she is helping me to make. The consultation was great, we talked about my goals and how we can realistically achieve them together and discussed my exercise preferences, any injuries or restrictions, then took a bunch of fancy statistics on a fancy set of scales which were very impressive! I was nervous about meeting a personal trainer for the first time but Emma immediately put me at ease and I never felt that the meeting was awkward or rushed at all. I took the nutrition class which was great and I would recommend it to anyone, active or not. I’ve always enjoyed exercise but never had a clue about how to properly fuel my body for it which is where I was going wrong and getting injuries. There was lots of tips and tricks for savvy shopping and quick prepping, lots of tastings and plenty of knowledge to make sure I’m getting the perfect amount of the good stuff! There are so many ingredients I had no idea about and I’m having having fun with the trial and error phase at the minute :) The PT sessions are great, I really look forward to them. Emma is very passionate about what she does and to say she keeps a hawks eye on me is an understatement! I’m not left to my own devices on a piece of equipment, she pays close attention and if she thinks I’m finding something too easy she isn’t shy about kicking it up a notch! This I love because it shows that my goals (which are obviously important to me) are also important to her and she wants me to achieve them! We are always doing something different and I’m always motivated. At my last session, we physically created steam coming off my body which I joked meant she is definitely worth every penny! The studio is adorably practical. It’s private so I feel much more comfortable than I would in a gym. It’s full of equipment with plenty of space for all activities. Overall I’m excited about the journey I’m taking with Diva Fitness. It's always friendly, comfortable, supportive and Emma doesn’t complain when I bombard her with question after question. I visited Emma Fisher for one to one fitness training. I have fibromyalgia and needed advice and support specifically tailored to my condition, Emma had clearly done her homework on the condition. I followed her advice and was able to train without pain resulting from the training. An important part for Fibro sufferers. Emma was friendly and professional putting me at ease very quickly. When making a choice on personal training I would highly recommend Diva Fitness, Emma is extremely professional, motivating and makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease from the moment you meet her. Emma listens to what you are looking to achieve and what you want to get out of personal training then implements those targets into the sessions, also sharing hints and tips about nutrition at the same time. Emma also offers nutrition advice separately if needed. Training for the first time after having a baby was extremely daunting for me. I had confidence issues and I had never used a personal trainer before. I don't know what I was worried about! I started training with Emma in April after deciding I wanted to improve my health and fitness. Emma has been amazing since the very first consultation, she is extremely passionate and motivating which is helping me to achieve my goals. As a personal trainer, not only does Emma focus on exercise and fitness, she has educated me on nutrition, health and loads of tips and advice. I have had several nutrition sessions and learnt so much; trying lots of different foods which I would never have considered without her guidance.Getting back into fitness can be quite intimidating but Emma makes you feel so comfortable and I really look forward to every training session in her amazing studio. I cannot recommend Diva Fitness enough! I was looking for a personal trainer to help me lose weight and get fit after having a baby and came across Diva Fitness. What a find!The studio is such a lovely private space to work out in that you feel totally able to go for it without the worry of looking silly in front of a gym full of people! Perfect for someone like me who has Never worked out!Emma is nothing but encouraging and motivating, tailoring every session to my own needs to help me be successful on my weight loss journey! I previously have never had a personal trainer, & was very nervous about starting with Emma - there was no need! She immediately made me feel at ease, also she is very patient and supportive. I have been going for about 2 months now - I look forward to our sessions, which I never could have imagined I would !! Emma makes it fun, but also is obviously knowledgeable about needs doing to achieve results with both eating & exercising. I also have a medical problem which she has researched to ensure I don’t do anything I shouldn’t. My body is changing shape now & friends are starting to notice. Excellent Pilates classes! I tried these a few months ago and I was pleasantly surprised. Now it is an hour a week that I really look forward to where I get some time to myself to focus and relax (with some giggles too! ) but I have also felt my strength and tone improve in a matter of weeks. My chiropractor suggested I tried pilates to aid strength and flexibility after a back injury so I joined Emma’s Tuesday morning pilates class a few months ago. It’s a great class, with lovely people which now plays an integral part in my week. I absolutely love Emma’s teaching style, in fact, so much so, I asked her to be my PT and now have 1-1 sessions to help me return to full fitness. Emma is lovely and a true inspiration to anyone wanting to get fit; she is friendly, approachable, patient and you are made to feel completely at ease no matter what your level or ability is. My PT sessions are completely tailored to my specific needs and are both motivational and fun with some great nutritional advice thrown in too! I have completed 4 sessions with Emma and finding it motivational and inspiring, I am so out of condition and this is my first real exercise for years. I will tailor workouts to suit the clients body type and goals, and be honest and supportive at all times. From the outset, I take the time to understand my clients lifestyle and discuss how they can supplement their own fitness goals between our sessions. At the consultation, I offer a body composition analysis (% body fat, % water, bone density, BMI) and discuss what my client is looking to achieve. During the first training session, I carry out a fitness evaluation test and regularly record weight changes and body statistic to monitor progression made.

Health and fitness has always been a big part of my life and I have always had a desire to help people be the best they can be. I offer an amazing place for ladies to train discreetly where they can feel comfortable about themselves. I understand the different types of exercises required for specific women's shapes (pear, apple or adrenal) and incorporate strength training wherever possible to achieve the best results. I offer a flexible training approach and offer the possibility of bringing up to two friends along to offer each other support and motivation to succeed.
