We sit down with the client first and run ideas past each other. We ask what their likes and dislikes are branding wise and who their biggest competitors are. We extensively research into competition and mind map all the different ways we can push the company further than their competition. We believe the best way to start on any project is old fashioned pen to paper and getting as many ideas as we can in black and white. From there, we start to build a more mature brand concept, constantly asking clients for their opinion. We then sit down with our clients and show all the options we have. Once a concept is decided on we refine it until the client is 100% happy. We can then advise them on their next steps whether that be venturing into Social Media or building their online presence with a website.

If it is a business we would need their business name, the nature of the business and a rough guide of what it is they want. We understand that it can be daunting to think of everything at once so as long as we have a strong foundation we can advise our clients on the best route they go to establish a strong brand. We also ask if they have a deadline they need to meet, so that we can put together a plan to hit those deadlines.
