Dean did some wall papering for us. The walls are not completely flat, the corners not square and the paper had a distinctive pattern (it was Cole and Son paper). Dean made the best of a bad situation and we were pleased with the final job. What was impressive was that there was a slight scratch in one place on the pattern and when we asked Dean to replace it, he came around asap, without any complaining, or without charging extra, and fixed it. We have just had him back to paper a similarly difficult room. He has done an excellent job and although we ran out of paper (my fault, for not ordering enough), without any grumbling, he has offered to come back another time to finish it. His manner is very relaxed, but don't misjudged this. His work is professional and he takes pride in doing it well. More...
