I offer person centred counselling. I see clients with many different issues from feeling suicidal to just feeling anxious about something. I work with issues of self-esteem/self confidence and helping you just feel happier about yourself. I particularly enjoy working with stress/anxious and anger management clients however I do work with a variety of issues from bereavement, depression, bi polar, post natal depression. Sometimes we don't know what it is that is making us feel down and out of sorts.

I have over 15 years exprience of working with clients in face to face counselling and I offer a no-judgemental approach. I will give you space to talk about whatever you feel you want to talk about. I will come along side you and help you to look at your issues and help you find the answers you need/want.

I also work with couples who are having trouble with their relationship. We are on in relationship with someone and this impacts on us. I am happy to work with people who have any kind of relationship issues.
