Due a refund from them from direct debit taken despite relevant notice given this was in December 2022 now June 2023 and still no refund despite me chasing, Rob ignores my emails, texts and phone calls despite showing as read.
I had been a customer for 2 years employing 2 people and never missed a payment with them.
I’m disgusted at how I’ve been ignored.

The cleaner was meant to turn up for the first visit yesterday. After an hour of no show, I called the cleaner, no answer. I then called the manager (Rob) who said he would try to get through to the cleaner and come back to me. No response from Rob and I cannot make contact with him again this morning. I called the cleaner this morning and she said she told Rob that she couldn't make it yesterday and that he should've called us, however, when I spoke with Rob yesterday he evidently did not know the cleaner couldn't make it. We had arranged for Cleanhome to meet with us to discuss a quotation for regular domestic cleaning. Unfortunately the gentleman did not show on the agreed day, and sent me a text several days later to apologise.
We decided not to use this company as we didn’t feel that they valued our time or custom, and will be placing our order elsewhere.

Rob (from CleanHome) was excellent. We received a very swift response from Rob who arranged an initial visit completely based on our convenience (Rob came out on a Saturday lunchtime when I’m sure he had better things to do! ). After walking round to understand our cleaning requirements, Rob undertook a search of cleaners in our area who were most appropriate for our needs (timings, amount of hours, cost etc). Rob then introduced us to the cleaner who we arranged another visit with so I could understand how the cleaner operated (I like to walk round the house and ask what products they would use and what they would clean to understand what they spot on their own accord). We then just arranged a date with the cleaner for the first clean and after two days, received a call from Rob to check how things had progressed and whether we were happy. I’ve got his mobile number in case I ever need it - eg I know if my cleaner went on holiday, Rob would arrange cover etc. Very impressed! I’ve had lots of cleaners over the years (my mum wouldn’t go without one growing up) and by far CleanHome have been the most impressive service. Would definitely recommend. More...

How long have you been in business?
CleanHome as a business has been running since 2010 and Cleanhome South Oxfordshire has been going since 2017
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
The vast majority if not all of our clients prefer to use their own because they know what products they like used on surfaces and floors , what works on their floors and surfaces and how they like their house to smell. Also we find quite a lot of our clients with children have allergic reactions to some products and the parents know to avoid those.
