Canny have the combination of gifts every great designer should have, a good ear and a good eye. By good listening they picked up a strong sense of what I wanted from the project and never lost that, even though we evolved the ideas a lot along the way. They then applied their brilliant grasp of visuals, colour and space to bring the ideas to life in an original and flamboyant way but always based on a coherent brand we could re-use in multiple ways. And they are honest, not afraid to tell you when something doesn’t work, and apply pragmatic design principles to rein in the wackier ideas. I am delighted with my new brand and just hope my company can live up to it.

Brilliant to work with and create phenomenal websites. Created exactly the brand and website I was looking for. High standard of work, delivered on time.

Canny's brief was to come up with a strong and distinctive brand, which reflected the character and fun of Frieda's and the Dairy Godmother, our 1966 vintage H Van. and set up the website and social media. After the initial discussions Canny came up with the concept and quickly turned it into our final logo and branding, meeting the brief on every point. Canny's support on the social media and website has been invaluable. I'm really pleased with the results and Canny will continue to play a key role in the development of Frieda's business.

Working with Tony is great. From start to finish. At the initial meeting, Tony clearly understood the direction I wanted to take the website, and not being technically minded he helped me to understand every part of my website. And his aftercare is second to none. It is clear that Tony loves what he does, and also that he cares about the service he provides. From logo design, to stationery, to website, to now helping build the brand, this guy is the nuts!

I have found Canny Creative to be a pleasure to work with. I was immediately impressed with Tony's eye for sharp, stylish and unique design. He has a great eye for simple but effective design elements and produced me a logo that still makes me smile at its subtle cleverness.
His approach to web design is unique and does not just imitate the current trending styles. I was impressed by the diversity of his portfolio, and my finished web design puts me head and shoulders ahead of my competition.
I would not hesitate to recommend Canny Creative to anyone looking for graphic design work or web design, they have been excellent value for money.

I have worked with Canny on two major branding and website projects - first for a Japan-based men’s skincare brand called Shodai, and again for a travel website (letsg.ooo). Shodai came first and he created the branding, logo, package design & website. The result was fantastic as was the collaborative process they employed to get there. The team even flew to Japan to immerse themselves in the culture and have meetings face to face. Given the excellent experience I had working with Canny on that project, I did not hesitate to ask them to take on the branding and website creation for letsg.ooo, which involved an unusual and complex backend involving every currency used on the planet! To summarize - I have worked with design agencies of all sizes in my career, and Canny is simply top class.

I was in the process of starting my wood fired pizza business and needed someone to help with branding and a website, being Newcastle based I was keen to use someone from the North East. I contacted several companies including Canny Creative and although the others seemed fine Tonys obvious enthusiasm for my project from his first email was very encouraging, this was followed up with a competitive quote so in the end the decision was easy.
Working with Tony during the design process was great fun, he was never short of ideas and his enthusiasm was reassuring. Although at times our ideas differed he was always happy to re work something or come up with something totally different. Tony was happy to discuss ideas at any time, he was always available via email, phone or Skype which meant it was easy to keep up with the progress he was making.
Before contacting Canny Creative I had concerns that whoever I used may not offers value for money but the quality of the end product makes it clear that Tony invests a lot of time into his work. I highly recommend Canny Creative to other business owners who need branding or a new website because they really listen to your needs and always do what they say they are going to do.
