How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Body Tuition offers 1-1 and small group personal training sessions to suit a range of budgets and individual requirements. There is a detailed initial assessment as well as discussions about your goals, what it will take to achieve them, as well as time frames.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret. Every body and every situation is unique. Having the knowledge and experience to design individual programs and offer nutrition coaching will help anyone achieve their goals if they are willing to put in the work.
What do you love most about your job?
My passion is to empower people, especially women, who feel hopeless about their bodies and weight. To educate people and see them change their relationship with food and their bodies is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. However, it is pretty awesome to see people doing things they never dreamed possible and inspiring their friends and family.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After having my three children I was 37, overweight, unhealthy, and desperately unhappy with my body. Thanks to a friend, I was introduced to my personal trainer discovered the benefits of weight training. The difference it made in my life and that of my entire family drives me to share that with as many people as I could. I studied personal training and nutrition so I could offer a comprehensive package.

I have a strong knowledge base, offer experiential service and a passion to see others achieve their dreams. At 40, I am not into fad diets and exercise programs. I will be there every step of the way, encouraging you if you need it but equally, empowering you to achieve your goals.

Self Defence Classes
Modern Close Quarter Combative (MCQC) training uses the same operationally proven approach used by the military to properly prepare you for your own battlefield, whether it be the street, a train, or even your home. It also prepares you to deal with the 3 opponents you will ultimately need to overcome: the aggressor, the system and yourself.
Without proper training in a real life confrontation you are likely to ‘freeze’ or over react due to ‘red mist’ or lack of appropriate conditioning.
MCQC takes the lessons learnt from Fairbairn and his colleagues, together with the latest scientific research to teach a combat system that is principle rather than technique based and can be learnt in a very short space of time.
