What do you love most about your job?
I love the flexibility of picking and choosing my clients! I get such satisfaction working with a number of different people and with a variety of organisations in many areas of HR.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After a number of years working with world renowned companies, I have learned a great deal and feel that I have personally and professionally developed to a fulfilling level where I'd like to develop my own company, one where I can pick and choose whom I work with. Armed with the experience and knowledge learned over the years, I am passionate about helping individuals and organisations deliver amazing people plans.
