Really impressed with the work alpine landscapes have done in our garden. We pretty much left it up to shaun and his team to turn our garden around and he's come up trumps . The workmanship is simply outstanding, shaun kept us updated at all times and gave us various options and advice on what would be the best course of action. We just wish all companies were as professional as alpine landscapes as over the last 18 months of refurbishing our old 17th century home we have found this not to be the case . Shaun and his team carried out a full rear garden make-over including new patio area / paths and lawn as well as removing existing front drive / parking area and installing new blocking / creating new flower borders. This work was completed to a very high standard and attention to detail with little or no disruption. They were also very happy to slightly modify the design during the actual work which was much appreciated. Shaun also revisited after the work was completed to ensure all ok and even swept/hosed down the patio area and front driveway to ensure all fine. The team were/ are a very friendly and hard working. One of my neighbors hired Alfredo's landscaping and tree removal service, I noticed that evening after they had left, a full tree trunk was on my property that had appeared to have just been flung onto my property and dispersed the rock wall, and was a large branch in the back of my backyard. The next day when I was telling the younger man about my wall he'd harmed, he couldn't hear me so well and said "yea, yea, we'll take care of the tree", so when I told him he wrecked my rock wall, his response was "I didn't even know there was a rock wall there".These guys didn't ask or even notify me they would be using my yard in their work, they just assumed it was OK and I would be OK with it, nor did they do any research to KNOW what was on my property to avoid damage. While they repaired the wall, at least two rocks were left out, it's uneven now, they left branches hanging over my wall, the older of the two men actually shook the branch in my backyard but did nothing with it, it's still sitting in my backyard and it's been days since they returned. We've been here twice, once in 2010 and again in 2017. On our first trip we toured the factory and purchased 4 or 5 pieces. On our recent trip in 2017, we arrived early and one of the sales reps took us on a private tour of the factory. They had a couple of tour buses coming in so they got us through ahead of the large group. I wanted to see the process a second time as I enjoyed it so much the first time. Shaun, Martin & team have done a 5* job, transforming the rear garden at our newly built bungalow. We now have stunning patio, artificial grass and stone chipped areas with beds and a vegetable patch ready for planting next year. This is the second time we have worked with Alpine and are again so pleased with the finished job. We were consulted at each stage of the work, nothing was too much trouble - even moving an existing tree to our neighbour’s garden. We begin with the application and then I can arrange for drawings to be completed or carry out the work under a builders notice. we go through the full process with the customer, looking at the required insulation, electrical configurations, heating, roofs types and right through to flooring and decoration

I took a gamble and setting up the business and have loved it ever since. We now employ qualified employees who have been with us for many years and all works our overseen by a project manager as well as myself
