I discovered I had been given a natural talent for photography when I was 9 years old , although I did not realise it until I was in my 20's. Back in the day that small boy was complimented on some photographs I had taken at an air show with my dads camera. The man in the doctors white coat at the chemist of the day never believed that I had taken the pictures . Assuring me that they were far to good for a kid my age and that I should just pass pass them on to my Dad.. It was a kind of back handed compliment I guess. So I still love my work today and delight in being a part of peoples special days and celebrations.
Well..... I was driven by heart and not head as I gave up a very secure well paid job to pursue my natural talent for photography, 11 national awards later I seem to have made the right choice .The road in business is quite a bumpy one and I must say in the beginning there were lots of ups and down . Thankfully hard work and determination helped turn the corners in those early days and never looked back ..
