The type of clients we have met and serviced, we feel as if we gain a friend for life and they become a Prestige family member. We try our hardest to make sure everything goes to plan and our clients always appreciate this, it feels very rewarding knowing that you have been trusted to provide a service on a couples most important day of their life to date and they are really are happy with the service you have provided.

What inspired you to start your own business?

We believe it was always in his DNA, his father had started a property development company in 1999, managed to survive the recession when a lot of the bigger companies collapsed. Ever since a young age at school the CEO had sold sweets and CD's to his peers so that he would not have to ask his parents for pocket money. The CEO was initially always involved in weddings working for an entertainment company. He noticed that a lot of the wedding car hire companies used old modern vehicles and the chauffeurs did not take any pride in their work as it was largely just a weekend job for them to provide an extra income on top of their normal 9-5 job. He then decided to set up a company and use PCO'd chauffeurs who understand how to service royalty, celebrities and dignitaries and bring the experience that they have already and give our customers the very best of the best.

We believe although our cars are virtually brand new the vehicle will always be what the vehicle will be. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and quality. We deal with a lot of high net worth individuals on the corporate side of the business so we understand how to service the most particular of customers. We look at problems and try to find solutions rather than more problems or excuses. A lot of other companies out there we find are usually a man with a mobile phone who has no structure to their day and will wake up when ever they feel like it and come back to you. We aim to have quotes out to our clients the same day not unless the enquiry comes in after hours. We have offices where we have the ability to have meetings with the clients and they can view the vehicles something that a lot of other companies out there don't have or they will run the business from the comfort of their own home. A vast majority of companies again use the wedding cars as a side project of theirs and that should not be the case especially when you are providing a service for the clients special day.
