What do you love most about your job?
I want our guests to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable ride. I am happy if they are happy. I aim to make each journey the best bit of my passenger’s day.
If our passenger is hiring one of our cars for a special day our driver\consultant would go the extra mile to make that special day the most memorable one for our passenger.
We pride ourselves in the service we provide to our passengers with our customer oriented yet fair to drivers/consultants approach.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a seasoned entrepreneur. I believe in the future of market disruptive solutions such as Uber and alike.
While driving for a number of chauffeuring and disruptive solution providing companies, I realised that a more customer centric and a fair to driver solution could be needed in market - if not now definitely in the near future.
I established London Smart Cars to be this company which happy customers and happy drivers\consultants.
