My mission is to build a strong, inclusive martial arts community in Durham — one that empowers people of all ages and backgrounds through disciplined training, practical self‑defence, and the values that martial arts instil. Drawing on over 30 years of experience across Boxing, Kickboxing, Savate, and Krav Maga, I aim to provide high‑quality instruction that develops confidence, resilience, and real-world skill.
