I'm a running coach, coaching both trail and road running. I offer 1:1 coaching sessions for runners of all abilities, from complete beginners through to more experienced runners wanting to run faster or further. These could be a series of sessions leading up to a particular event, or a one-off session to work on a specific aspect of running. I also offer weekday, daytime group coached sessions in Newark for both beginners and improvers, and occasional coached skills sessions for groups.

I’ve just had a ‘runners review’ with Rachel at Clumber Park. The session was composed of running technique, posture, hill running, breathing, pace, warming up and S & C work. It was fab!!! I realise that my technique needed some fine tuning.
I had surgery last year to have my pelvis fused and I still get pain from this area following runs. Although I wasn’t too keen when she whipped out her iPad and filmed me running (ugh! Wobble wobble!!) but it was good to analyse my running style!!! However with some slight adjustments to my technique my pain was reduced dramatically and I was running like a 25 year old again!! Well, probably not, but it was certainly better and with less pain!
I’m now feeling more positive about my first half marathon next year!!! ��
