I have 20 years’ experience in the housing sector, working for Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and the Construction Industry. I started at the Local Council in the Housing Enquiries and Repairs department and went on to become a Housing Officer in the North East of England, where I studied for my Degree in Housing. I then moved on to working in various sectors within several different Housing Associations in the South West taking on the roles of Housing Officer, Rent Officer, Anti-Social Behaviour Officer, Service Charge Officer, Allocations Officer, and Tenant Liaison Officer.
