Katie is absolutely amazing! I honestly cannot recommend her enough. She has helped me with both my fitness levels and my well-being. On days where I literally didn’t want to leave my bed she would take me on a stroll down by the beach - not many other personal trainers would do this. Katie is amazing at her job, but has also been a great friend throughout this process. listening to them
understanding what they want.
getting them to understand why they want it!!!
joining the dots between exercise, nutrition, sleep stress, mental health, being part of a community. bespoke to the individual
getting the client to enjoy movement and making it part of their daily routine.
getting the client to be energised and enjoy life.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Stop thinking about the body as something that needs to be a dream
Stop obsessing about the body as separate to the mind
Find out if you actually want to make change. Are you happy now? no? what's wrong? what needs to change? How willing are you to make the change?
Consistency. making things a habit.
Stop stressing.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people and getting them to realise life is for living. Life is not about being on a 'diet' and slogging it out at gym. Life is about movement, food, social friends. getting people to enjoy life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
knowing in my heart i have more to give to the world.
