Thirst choice provided the catering and bar for our wedding in May. Everything was great right from the start. David created some amazing options for our tasting and we had fun working out what to choose. The canapés were tasty and plentiful. For our wedding breakfast we decided to go for a platter with pâté and hummus and breads for our starter. Then a hog roast with a range of salads, followed by a legendary trio of desserts which were just incredible!! The vegetarian option went down really well, I have had lots of reports saying it was really tasty and massive! I know veggies often get the short straw at weddings. Everything was beautifully presented and there was a tasty and interesting combination of flavours. We loved the fact that everything was locally sourced including beers and ciders. The bar worked really brilliantly, it was great to be able to choose which local beers and ciders we wanted. The evening food went down well, David and Sally chose some amazing local cheeses. Thank you Sally and David for making our wedding special, and so tasty!!

Having Nina provide the catering for my 50th birthday was one of the best decisions I have made.
From the minute we met I felt in very capable hands. The party for 22 people was a BBQ, the menu for which was carefully designed by Nina to suit everyone’s taste.
From the canapés to the fish and lamb kebabs; succulent chicken, salads and whole fresh salmon-not to mention the delicious desserts; the food looked and tasted absolutely amazing.
In addition to providing mouth watering food the whole experience of having a private chef in the house was more than I could ever of hoped for. Nina calmly and professionally took control of absolutely everything, so I was left to enjoy the party and kitchen was spotless at the end too.
And if that wasn’t enough there was food left over for us to enjoy the following day.
