Albert was very professional. He is a fantastic nutritional therapist He took the time to discuss my food choices and how food fits into my lifestyle. This meant that the meal plan and recipe suggestions he has created are realistic and work for me. As a result, transitioning to my new meal plan from my previous diet had proved much easier that I had expected. Also whenever I called Albert with the different food related questions he will come back with the answer within minutes.
What we eat is just one of the many important aspects that shapes our health outcomes; but its one we can have power over (to some extent!). So, what do we do when we want to find out how to best make these lifestyle changes…. take to Dr Google and see what he says. The health revolution of social media has had a myriad of effects on our society, some good but more often than not.
Ever found yourself splurging on a promise of transformation, only to realise you've actually signed up for a masterclass in "How to Waste Money 101"? Pull up a chair because I have a tale for you – and trust me, it's one for the books. There I was, £997 lighter and buzzing with the enthusiasm of a kid in a sweet shop, ready to dive headfirst into a 16-week program that promised to be the answer to all my dieting prayers.

As a nutritional therapist my focus is on the belief that there are nutritional and biochemical imbalances in the body that lead to illness. I aim for a holistic approach to my clients, devising for them a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan to help maintain their well-being and educate them to a healthy eating habit. This includes recommendations to restore nutritional balance, which may include guidance on avoiding certain toxins and allergens, detoxification, use of super foods and herbs and the use of supplementary nutrients. Nutritional therapy is for people with chronic conditions and those who just want to improve their general health and lifestyle. I do not only focus only on nutritional imbalances but my practice is based on gut and brain connection and nutritional psychology.
Maintaining a healthy diet is crucial for a person's overall health and wellbeing. The food that we eat provides us with the necessary nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that our bodies need to function properly. A balanced and healthy diet can help prevent chronic diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers. It can also help maintain a healthy weight, improve mental health, and boost the immune system.
When a person eats a diet that is high in processed foods, added sugars, and saturated fats, they may be at an increased risk for developing chronic diseases and other health problems. A diet that is high in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats can provide the body with the nutrients it needs to function optimally and maintain good health.
In addition to the physical benefits of a healthy diet, there are also mental health benefits. Studies have shown that a diet high in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can improve mood and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Helping others: one of the most rewarding aspects of being a nutritionist is the opportunity to help others achieve their health goals. I work with clients to develop personalized plans that fit their individual needs and preferences, and of course seeing clients make progress towards better health can be very fulfilling.
Sharing knowledge: I am passionate about food and nutrition, and love to share my knowledge with others. I enjoy educating my clients about the science behind nutrition and how it affects the body, as well as providing practical tips for making healthy choices.
Continuous learning: nutrition is a constantly evolving field, with new research and trends emerging all the time. As a nutritionist I enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest research and incorporating new knowledge into my practice.
Seeing the impact of my work: whether it's helping clients achieve their weight loss goals, manage a chronic health condition, or simply feel better overall, I often see the direct impact of my work on clients' health and wellbeing. This is incredibly rewarding and motivating.
I used to suffer from terrible bloating and stomach pain followed by constant constipation; I have been moved around from one clinic to another one; done several tests throughout the years and came back with nothing. At the age of 18 I have started to suffer with PCOS and severe acne, and the only thing doctors were recommending were antibiotics, cortisone creams and OCP. I have decided by myself to step into a huge change in my life. I have started making changes to my diet and focused more on nutrition. I have completely stopped the use of drugs, which were making my acne and general health even worse, and in a couple of year I felt so much better. The acne disappeared completely, and same for the PCOS, my period became regular and I could finally start to enjoy my food without being worried about being sick after couple of hours.
Nutrition and being a Nutritional Therapist are my passion. Every client is different to me, and each one needs a specific, unique and personal approach to make sure that health goals are durable and achievable.
I can provide in person service, and also online or remotely via Zoom, Teams and Google meets platforms.
I have introduced online consultations to fit client's needs
