Steve is an incredible coach. He has the ability to go from laughing and joking to caring and sensitive within the same conversation, which is what you need in someone who you are paying to educate and motivate you. What I have liked so far is they know when you need the help the most. They offer you your individual advice and how to over come struggles by thinking a different way. I’m loving this programme! The support is unbelievable and so different to slimming classes I have attended. There is science, learning, community, challenges, appreciation and new habits.
I love that I can do it all at home but with daily support at my fingertips I’m now accountable to myself and not in the “I’ll start again on Monday” mindset.
I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their heath and join an amazing bunch of dedicated people.

Steve is an absolute legend who knows his stuff. Having worked with Steve in the past, it’s great to be back with him. He’s honest, he listens and hears you, and is always there when you need a helping hand.

This time we’re working remotely, over 300miles apart, and I didn’t doubt reaching out to him. Of course I miss his face and his personal training sessions, but the guy is so good that I’m willing to work remotely with him to reach my goals.

I have only been with Rewire Habit Coaching myself for a short time, but the time I have been signed up I have had all the support, advice and encouragement that you could possibly want/need.
I feel relaxed and reassured that I will be able to achieve my goals, and with clear instruction.
The community that goes hand in hand with the program is amazing and amazingly supportive.
If you are looking to rewrite your future and in doing so gain some strength, flexibility and above all else confidence in knowing that you are worth the time and effort you put in, then Rewire Habit Coaching in my opinion are pathing the way forward for success.
