I can’t recommend Monika highly enough! I had never thought about having reiki before, but once I started I was hooked and going forward I will have maintenance sessions every so often.
When I began the treatment in January I was feeling very low, mainly menopausal but also felt like I had lost my Mojo and sense of direction. After a few sessions with Monika I started to feel different but couldn’t quite put my finger on how it all works, but it does! Monika guided me out of my comfort zone and has encouraged me to do things that weren’t on my radar, she has given me more confidence and she has helped me feel more peaceful with myself. She has been an amazing outlet to offload and rid yourself of lots of different emotions. It’s not just the hands-on healing which I chose (It can be hands off) but also the deep discussions that take place which are cleansing to say the least!

I recently turned 30 and realised I needed to do something about my health. Lee stood out to me as his classes seemed more challenging than the other trainers. After a consultation with Lee we arranged to do weekly 30 minute HIT sessions to help me with my weight loss. Lee gave me excellent information and nutritional advice as well as realistic and achievable goals from the start. The HIT sessions were challenging but Lee was always very encouraging and supportive throughout the process. After a while I could tell the difference in my fitness aswell as my weight. I have just finished 3 months of training with Lee and have lost 10.5kg of weight, which totally smashed my target. Infact I have lost more and am proud to say I am back at the weight I used to be when I went to uni, which at 30 years old I didn't think was possible. From the moment he arrived he was a true professional and absolute gentleman.He explained what he was doing to me very clearly, and I was put at ease, despite the excruciating pain that I was experiencing.After about 20 minutes on the table, and Matthew massaging and manipulating the affected area, he asked me to get off the table, stand and stretch a little and walk around the room. To my utter amazement the pain had gone! I could not believe it. Matthew then left, the pain returned some time later, I rung him and he came back next day, repeating the treatment, the same thing happened, but this time the pain stayed away, and I have been pain free ever since. It's a cheap gym but has everything it needs. For the price you can't really go wrong.You get a personal code to access the gym 24 hours a day (depending on your membership level). You enter the code into the entry pod and press ok, which let's you into an airlock through to the gym.It seems to have all the equipment you'd need, though I'm only a beginner. There are classes you can join that are included in your membership fee.The changing rooms are OK, though not luxurious. There are no individual changing rooms, so if you're not comfortable being/seeing naked around others then you may struggle, though there are toilet cubicles in the same room. The hairdryers are the rubbish low powered ones you'd expect in a crappy hotel, but will do for some who have easy to style hair.I'm not a typical gym person, and not slim, but I'm happy to say I've never felt anyone watching or judging there.

After a bad dislocation, i went to see Jay for a recuperative injury massage. She blended a few types of massage and stretches together to give me the best results and pretty much turned me inside out. Within minutes of her finishing i felt stronger and more flexible. As a result my exercises were better and stronger and i recovered much quicker. The physio had to check with me which shoulder i had dislocated! My only complaint is that two hours just flew by, i could have stayed all day. Felt like a good workout, stretching and a massage all rolled into one. Thank you.

I've a certificate in Preventing Disease in a Massage Practice to back uo what i already do, in terms of disinfecting work areas between clients, leaving 30 mins gaps between clients to ventilate the room, replenish clean towels. I do weekly Covid tests and clients are to inform me if they have Covid at the time of their appointment, so that it can be rescheduled. Mask wearing is on request from client to me or vice versa should i feel the need to do so, e.g. a spike in regional Covid cases.
