Firstly, I will meet with the client to find out exactly what they are looking for. We will discuss their vision for the project with the property's floorplan and any initial images they have indicating their inspiration.
Upon completing our initial consultation, I will then use my knowledge to provide a mood board and an initial design plan for the client.
The mood board will include color schemes, fabric designs, furniture ideas, and any other elements that I feel best fit the client's needs.
After meeting with the client to discuss their initial thoughts for the project, I provide the client with several package options for my interior design service.
The base Bronze package offers a mood board, a Sketch-Up Modelling visual representation of the project, and a suggested shopping list; the higher-end Platinum package offers a full Concept to Completion service.

Throughout the pandemic, I have communicated with my clients via Skype or Zoom, and when I have had to do site visits, I always ensure that I follow social distancing measures and wear a mask at all times.
Furthermore, clients have sent me videos of the spaces requiring my Interior Design services, and in turn, I have provided photos and screenshots of the work to my clients.
