What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is Customer satisfaction when they end up delighted with the work I have carried out for them resulting on excellent reviews.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to start my own business after working years for employers who were more interested in workers rushing through jobs for monetary gain rather than putting customers first.

I now have the chance to try my best at giving customers what they want where possible, and spending the right amount of time on each job with being my own boss

Why should our clients choose you?

I hope Clients would choose us due to the fact we try to provide each customer a service to suit there specific needs. We also treat customers homes like we would like our own to be treated when work is being carried out. We also shop around for the best deals we can for our customers.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Keeping ourselves & Our Customers safe During this pandemic is extremely Important. We are currently following Government rules staying at home at present until restrictions are eased and we can return to working in customers homes.
Once we are able to return to work, ppe ie masks, sanitiser, gloves will need to be used when we enter properties. Customers will need to sanitise the areas we will be working in prior to our starting any works and keep the 2 metre distance in order to keep all of us safe during this difficult time Whilst works are being carried out in customers homes.

Handymen are often happy to carry out basic electrical tasks such as changing light bulbs or installing simple light fittings. However, they are not qualified electricians so are not insured or qualified to do any electrical work that requires certification. If you need electrical work, it’s best to contact an electrician or look for a handyman who is also a qualified electrician.

When you’re looking for a handyman, it’s important to ensure that they have the appropriate insurance. As a minimum, they’ll need public liability insurance which covers accidental damage to your property and any accidents that may occur. You should always ask handymen about their insurance policy before hiring them.

The best way to ensure that you’re choosing a reliable and trustworthy handyman is to opt for a handyman who has good reviews. Some people are able to get recommendations from friends and family, but what do you do if you don’t know anyone who has hired a handyman before? You can search for a handyman on Bark for free, where you can browse the profiles of local handymen and read genuine reviews from former clients to help you to make the right decision.
