JMS Exterior Cleaning

Dorset

‘20 Certificate of Excellence

JMS Exterior Cleaning is a local company working for both residential and commercial customers in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. With over 15 years' experience we are dedicated to serving our customers with a high standard or workmanship in exterior cleaning.  Whether you're looking for a one-off cleaning service or if your home or business requires regular cleaning then you can count on me to get the job done. Use the professionals at JMS Exterior Cleaning to meet your window cleaning needs. I have been a window cleaner in Bournemouth and a window cleaner in Christchurch for a number of years, but I also offer all areas of Exterior Cleaning. My motto is, if its outside, then I can clean it. I do Patio Cleaning, Driveway Cleaning, Roof Restoration, Paths, Gutters, Soffits and Fascias. At JMS Exterior Cleaning we think having clean windows can make an enormous difference to the atmosphere of your home or business. It’s very surprising how having clean shiny windows can not only improve the room itself but also the outlook from each room in the house. I offer window cleaning in Bournemouth, window cleaning in Christchurch and window cleaning in the surrounding areas. My window cleaning round is available as a fortnightly clean or a monthly clean. Most customers choose the monthly clean as this is the ideal period to wait for the next clean, I’m even available as just a one-off service. I use the latest state of the art equipment and technology and safety is my number one priority, so I use special light weight telescopic poles that can reach up to 60 feet. Tall blocks of flats are not an issue. The ultra-pure water I use is nothing but the best. It is tested regularly and is guaranteed to leave a clean and shiny finish. Here at JMS EXTERIOR CLEANING, there's nothing I like more than to take on the challenge of jet washing an old dirty patio, I find it very rewarding transforming a dull, faded and contaminated patio into a stunning attractive surface ready for spring time and the alfresco summer days and nights.  I am confident enough to say that 98% of the time I really do bring the surface back to its original condition or very close to it, it’s the same with my driveway cleaning and driveway restoration, with the right equipment and treatments there’s nothing stopping me. I use all the latest state of the art machinery from cold water high pressure, hot water high pressure, steam cleaning, gentle soft washing, whatever the surface and whatever the requirement, I have the equipment to do it. It doesn’t stop at jet washing. After your patio has been deep cleaned you also have the option of having it re pointed the traditional way ensuring not only a good look but that it’s also built to last. I also offer the option of sealing the surface which not only keeps it cleaner for longer but also brings out all the natural colours and improves its overall condition. The driveway cleaning is very similar. Once I have given the surface a good deep clean it too in most cases can be sealed and protected. Block paving driveway restoration has a thorough cleaning followed by fresh kiln dried sand and again the option of sealing which can be a matt finish, silk finish or the wet look finish. I try my best to offer competitive prices and aim to offer a personal package deal to suit all budgets.   I offer all types of services when it comes to moss removal, I use the highest quality moss removal equipment that I have had custom built, this is to ensure that I get the job done right. My roof cleaning system uses non pressure technology that will guarantee not to cause any damage to your roof, its tiles or its surrounding area, it is a soft wash system that once the moss is removed it very gently cleans the surface. There is of course the other option and that is to steam clean the roof which also has stunning results. At JMS Exterior Cleaning we offer the complete package when it comes to roof cleaning with a service to suit all budgets. The first thing to deal with is the removal of moss should there be any. This I do by hand using custom made roof blades that fit each and every individual tile, if for some reason I don’t have one, then I have an engineer make one for me. Once the moss has been removed and the gutters have been vacuumed and cleaned I then have several options on how to clean the tiles. One option and the most popular option is to apply a special treatment that kills off any remaining organic matter and prevents it from returning, this treatment also cleans the tiles over time with incredible results, please see my images in the gallery.

What do you love most about your job?

The transformation is the answer for me, I love to enter a property thats over grown and not been touched for a year or more and by the time i leave its like a different property. I also love the trust element that my customers have, they know if i say i will be there then i will be there, also the fact that they not need worry about the garden as they know I will take good care of it.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The answer to this one is my grandad got me into gardening, by the age of 10 I already had green fingers so as soon as i finished secondary school I went and studied Horticulture and things developed from there.

Why should our clients choose you?

I believe I am good at what I do, all my customers say the same sort of things like, reliable, good rates of pay and prices, dependable, and the big one is that every single customer says I work to a high standard and yet I work very fast, my regular customers are amazed at how I get so much done so quickly. Its the truth

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I can typically give a good estimate online for most of my services

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I wear mask when talking to customers and stay 3 metres away, my work is very much alone work therefore nobody comes in to contact with me
