Pete came to quote promptly, and we spent the appropriate time it needed to discuss the different trees which needed pruning.
Indeed, my 4 trees, one apple tree, on crab apples tree , one viburnum and one lilac tree hadn't seen a tree specialist for a long time when I bought the house !
We agreed on a date and a price and Pete's price was reasonable.
I had 3 quotes and he was in the middle.
He came as agreed, and then was happy for me to change my mind and not do the 2 apple trees before I could harvest the apples which I was very pleased about !
He has now come for the second time, 3 months after the first time, I can't fault him, on time, very friendly, we discuss what he does as we go along, very much a team work , he will go back and rectify if you discover that you want a branch shorter which I am very grateful for.
He knows what he is doing but he also listens to what you want .
He cleared up everything, took all the cuttings away, all with good humour , I will definitely ask him to come again .
