We booked EKOM for my husband’s 60th birthday party, held in the function room at the Rat Trap on 5th February, after seeing them at a previous event. We were impressed then but have to say after our party...…. WOW, WOW, WOW!
From the moment we booked, Ilker was on the case. He wanted details of the venue and visited approx. 3-4 weeks beforehand to check the room, work out best location to set up and chatted with the landlord to confirm all details. He has a lot of experience of what works best at events and was happy to make recommendations, which I’m glad we listened to. It was important for him to understand the type of music we wanted and EKOM lived up to their statement of ‘Your Party, Your Playlist.’
The equipment they use is top end and modern, their investment is evident. The lighting and music had everyone on the dance floor for 7 hours, it never emptied, and the party was buzzing! The mixing of the tracks was club standard and very professional. They are definitely on another level!
We had so many positive comments about EKOM at the party and since. They gave my husband and all the guests a night to remember, so much so, I’ve already booked them for my birthday August 2023!
Firm believer that you get what you pay for and having the right entertainment can make a massive difference on the success of a party. Would highly recommend!

Cripps Barn is the most STUNNING venue and we really did have the best day of our lives. The location, the views, the barn itself, the decorations with candles and fairy lights, the food – it was all perfect. The whole team at Cripps were so on-the-ball and friendly in the whole planning process and on the actual day and it really helped set our minds at ease and not worry about the running of the day, we knew we were in safe hands. Nothing was too much trouble, even my endless questions via the online chat, which is super handy!! James ran our day and Jodie was the night manager, both helped to make the day feel so special for us and I cannot thank the team enough. The food was simply out of this world and the portions were HUGE!! So many quests commented on the meal and how amazed, and full they were! It wasn’t just your typical wedding food, it was simply amazing and one of the best meals I have ever had. We will never forget our day and that’s partly down to the team at Cripps who are like wedding ninjas who make sure the day runs like clockwork, almost without being seen! Cannot thank the team enough and we cannot recommend this venue enough – amazing!!
