Not only do I get to spend my time listening to some of the greatest songs in history, but I get to meet a huge range of people. Every event is different. No two weddings are the same and corporate events can be absolutely riotous! Birthdays are some of my favourite parties to work with as you get to be a part of such an amazing diversity of styles.
I began by being into music more than most people as a teen. I realised I had a love for every genre and there didn’t seem to be anything I didn’t like or appreciate. I then purchased some music software and began mashing up songs. I shared them with my friends and they all loved it. I would then always be the one in charge of selecting music for car rides or house parties and it grew from there. I was a solo DJ for the first time at university and started working at the local bars and clubs. I fell in love with it. I was asked by a friend to work his Christmas party and that’s how it became a full-time job for me.
This event is your event. I’m here to act as MC, making sure the atmosphere is perfect and assisting you in crafting a brilliant time for all. Not everyone realises just how important music is to an event, even if it’s in the background and no one is dancing. It’s my job to cover those bases for you. I’m totally flexible with requests and will always run through the setlist and timings of the event with you beforehand. You don’t want the most active songs when people are primed for a slow dance. Music can help guide an event and I’m here to help you.

Pete was fantastic! He knew a great variety of music and was able to cater to the many different crowds we had at our wedding. James (my now husband) started dancing with his niece on the dance floor during dinner. Pete played a number of songs at this time which the kids ended up loving! It turned into an impromptu dance party with the kids which was very sweet and one of our favourite memories from the night. Later in the night, Pete did a great job keeping our dance floor alive. James and I had the best time! We were dancing almost right to the end. It was such a blast! Pete is professional, accommodating, and reasonable with his prices. We would highly recommend him as a DJ.

Marc DJ’d our wedding and did an amazing job. From the start of the process, all the way until the day of, Marc was very professional and communicative. He took our music tastes into consideration and tailored the night perfectly. We had lots of compliments from guests on our music. I would recommend Marc to anyone looking for a DJ for an event or wedding!
