What can I say about Countywide Computer Services Andrew has come to the rescue on more than one occasion when our computers have needed urgent repairs. My Wife needs a reliable PC at home for her teaching work and so Andrew built us a customised PC to replace the faulty laptop. This was at a fraction of the cost of one purchased on the High Street and because it is custom built, it didn't come with all the bloatware you often get on a commercially bought system. This PC has enabled me to edit and upload over 500 motorcycle videos....handling the job with ease! Would I recommend Countywide Computer Services? YES!! Recently I wanted to backup my PC's 'C' drive but the utility wouldn't allow it. Andrew to the rescue!! He spent 2 hours remotely fixing the Task Scheduler as so much of it was corrupt. The love for my job is many things, there isn’t anything that’s very specific! Helping a customer get back up and running with their device no matter what it is gives me joy! If I can help I will, I will even go out my way to fix it if I know there is a way to do so, no matter if it takes time, it’s all about pleasing the customer and about their wants and needs. If we are not able to fix a device in a timescale in which the customer would prefer, we do not string them along as at the end of the day this is not what my company has been built into.

As COVID-19 is no longer an obligation regarding social distancing we do not have anything in place regarding this. However, if any customer we are going to visit or comes into the store we are happy to oblige on wearing face masks if this is something the customer would prefer. But this must be aligned prior to a visit if the customer requires this.
