Broadband problems were driving me up the wall so I phoned Bee Computers to ask if they had any wireless adapters. After a discussion, they had one ready for me when I arrived at the shop. Friendly service yes, but did not carry out the repair as discussed or paid for. Agreed to fit a new keyboard and power jack to my laptop. Power jack was done ok but instead of fitting new keyboard they decided to try to fool me. Actually rang me to announce "Your new keyboard is here!!" Kind of ridiculous. Of all the parts on a laptop, a keyboard shows all the wear and tear, so it was clearly obvious that it was not done. I gave them several opportunities to admit to not doing the work, but they just say "Pop in the shop" over and over again. Very disappointing that someone wants to do business this way. More...

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Phone and pc both decided to give up on me, got in touch and they arranged no contact pick up and drop off during these times, absolutely fantastic service, wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs or computers/laptops. fan prices too :), thanks peeps x

highly recommended, so helpful and understanding, not only quick service but go above and beyond to make sure your completely happy. made a young boy extremely happy and gave this mum a moment of peace. he loves the extras that was given on top. my son has additional needs and doesn't take to many people. but he loved Liz when she delivered the laptop. with social distancing, we didn't meet her husband but spoke over the phone and he appear very knowledgeable and willing to talk me through things so everything was up and running. will be using again when i need anything electronic.
