After doing a lot of online research to find a trusted company who could repair my 1 month old, very expensive laptop which had died a death due to a bios issue, I contacted PCS who were very helpful and advised me to bring it into the shop. They made no promises about being able to save the laptop however they reassured me, they could save all the pictures and music files on the hard drive. Within half hour of leaving the shop, they called to say the laptop was up and running.I wasn't expecting to have my laptop back repaired let alone all my files saved so I cannot thank you enough for that.I therefore would highly recommend this company if you have a problem with your laptop. He could have easily charged me more and I would have gladly paid but he didn't and that to me is the sign of a very genuine and honest company. We have only been using PCS for a few months however in that time they have made a massive difference to the running of our IT systems. Response to issues is fast and personal. They have been proactive when needed and have made positive suggestions to improve our systems.We especially like the backup solution and security software which together prevent us from disasters but more importantly enable quick and easy recovery in the event of one. We have worked closely with PCS to upgrade our network infrastructure and servers.PCS also helped us maintain our suite of around 50 PC's and iMAC's. The monthly contract has been tailored to our needs and is very reasonably priced for what we receive. Further more it is flexible to our changing requirements so we are not tied into anything we may not want. Overall we are comfortable to recommend PCS without hesitation. 5+ Stars! More...

I had a iPhone 6s which I wanted to give to a family member but wanted to fix the cracked screen after getting quotes around £120! My friend then recommended PCS and I'm so pleased that I made contact with them. The staff were friendly, they fixed the screen for almost half the price and did a great job. The guy that helped us (didn't get his name) was honest, he said if any other parts were needed repair it would cost more but would call me to let me know. A few hours later I got a text message that the phone was ready for collection with no extra parts needed. The phone looked brand new. As a student in Blackburn, who is also very clumsy, I have been to PCS Repairs twice. Once to replace a cracked iPhone 5c screen, and the second time due to water damage on my laptop. Both times PCS were able to provide a fast yet affordable service. For my iPhone screen, I had called several repair shops who either charged very high prices or would require many days to replace the screen. PCS Repairs was the only store which was reasonably priced and they took less than an hour to replace my screen. It has been a few weeks now and the screen is still working. With my laptop, I was almost certain that I wouldn't be able to fix it or recover the lost data, however PCS Repairs was able to fix it on the same day and kept me well informed throughout the process. The staff are really friendly and try their best to help you. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who is as clumsy as me, requires a fast service and doesn't have much money to spend (i.e students). More...

I received fantastic customer service from the shop. My phone had smashed the other day and I needed immediate repair. I went to similar shops just like this one and they said to me it would take a few days. However, PCS managed to fix my phone within the first day and they also sorted me out with a very good price. Super quick service (actually much quicker than they had quoted), picked up and dropped off same day for no extra cost, friendly, I was kept up-to-date all the way, And the repair looks brilliant - a cracked laptop screen now looks good as new, and the rest of the laptop is much cleaner and shinier too :) Will definitely use again if needed and would recommend highly to anyone.

I have been supported by PCS staff on a number of occasions. I was guided via phone on how I could repair hinges for my laptop. I found the staff very kind, helpful and patient. I found answers were given to every query I had and always in a polite manner. I have also contacted PCS when having problems with my hard drive, they have always been happy to help in what ever technical issue I have had. I am happy and confident to refer PCS to friends and family. They also collected and delivered my mother's laptop when fixing the motherboard (GPU repair), this was repaired in a couple of days and was as good as new as PCS had also resolved the ventilation problems!.
