We’re Fox&Fork catering! We specialise in all catering needs from private dinning to sit down 3/4/5/6 course menus to full blown weddings and events to canapés to buffet food! Matt and Georgie have years of experience between them working hospitality and cuisine cooking. Matt has trained and worked with some of the best chefs Essex had to offer where he grew up, working with chefs of the year and learning and gaining so much experience, he has run and helped run kitchens across Essex and West Sussex working alongside his partner Georgie.
Anything I can take pride in cooking and producing, I’d love to say I’m best at tracking down that lovely fresh produce.
Honestly, asking the customer what they want, I can create a thousand menus but the one the customer wants is what I’d prefer to cook!

Matt is extremely well trained in everything Health and safety being in the hospitality industry for many years, we always have all the paperwork and confidence in our staff to record everything we do safely so customers have nothing to worry about but food and a good time.
